Vulcanization is the process of creating the silicone mould. The prototype that have to be reproduce is placed between the two disks of raw silicone rubber. They subsequently are placed in the moulding frame to be held together. The bracket is placed inside the vulcanizing press for cooking under pressure. Thus the prototype leaves perfectly its mould into the silicone rubber.
The vulcanizing presses we use are machine custom made, specially designed for the production of moulds with low-melting metal alloys. Our vulcanizers allow to create accurate and detailed moulds thanks to their high technological content and to the superior quality of the materials used to build them.
The upper protection is thermally insulated through a mobile loading and unloading door for the brackets, ensuring maximum safety during processing. In this manner, electrical consumption is reduced exponentially.
This innovative system controls the rated pressure during the vulcanization process and absorbs the excesses. This keeps unchanged the vulcanization pressure during the process to obtain always the best performance
