Our company, which was founded in 1972, is today known as NICEM SpA. We are an Italian company that designs and manufactures modern and innovative equipment for several fields and applications, and that supplies customized products and unique items tailored to meet the specific requirements of customers. Our plant extends over an area of 12,000 square meters, 8,000 of which covered.

Our organization is constituted by a main site where all the products are designed and a commercial network with local branches and distributors. Production is carried out in the plant of Senago within transformation departments that are equipped with high-tech equipment and follow severe quality assurance procedures to guarantee full compliance with all applicable standards.

Before delivery all products are tested in the special testing room. The plant also has a test laboratory that provides assistance to customers who have specific requirements.

NICEM SpA offers much more than equipment only. We are in fact able to provide customers operating in the most diverse fields with complete solutions that include consumables and the know-how required to design specific solutions, in other words global solutions that meet the customer's specific production needs.

The company has expanded its know-how over time by means of applications and solutions created to satisfy varying market needs.

All the equipment and plant used for production purposes are compliant with current safety regulations and manufactured in accordance with European Directives.

Our activities are divided into seven main production lines:

ROBOT PLANT FOR UV PAINTING.

VIBROFINISHING: machines, systems and technologies to finish the surfaces of metal objects batches made of Zn+Al+Mg alloys, brass, aluminum, steel and stainless steel, used in the fields of jewellery, costume jewellery and other industrial applications.

WATER TREATMENT: machines, systems and technologies for the purification and decanting of waste water produced during vibrofinishing processes, based on physical and physical-chemical treatment technologies.

CENTRIFUGAL CASTING: machines, plant and accessories to spin cast alloys with a low melting point like zinc, tin, eutectic and other alloys employed for the production of small- and medium-sized parts like accessories for shoes and leatherwear, technical accessories, pewter items, costume jewellery, buckles and metal smallware.

SILICON RUBBERS: a wide range of silicon rubbers for centrifugal casting and lost wax casting or micro-casting .

ARTISTIC ENAMELLING: machines and accessories to enamel metal parts.

PLANTS AND FURNACES FOR ABRASIVE DISCS: suitable to manufacture depressed center discs, cutting discs and flexible/semi-rigid fiber discs.

PROFESSIONAL CATERING: equipment to dry/polish stainless steel and silver cutlery, dryers for glasses, decarbonising machines for kitchen pans and equipment for polishing and burnishing cutlery.
