TUMBLERS

Machines designed for the surface finishing of metal parts made of zamak, brass, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and non-metallic plastic parts.

Processing occurs through a rotary motion inside an octagonal biconical container. The combined action of rotation and abrasive inserts (plastic, urea, wood, and corncob) allows for surface deburring, smoothing, and polishing. These machines are particularly suitable for treating small, rounded pieces.
