VRL SERIES
The VRL series vibrators are linear vibrating machines with a rectangular tank covered in high-resistance, anti-abrasive and anti-oil polyurethane.
The linear systems work in a continuous cycle. Thanks to the integrated sieve and the recirculation of the abrasive media, the pieces are separated and rinsed, while the media are reintroduced into the work tank automatically and continuously.
They are used for deburring, smoothing and polishing treatments of medium/large sized metal and plastic parts.
Furthermore, they can be equipped with inverters and soundproofing systems.
They are composed of: tank, integrated separating sieve, base, abrasive media recirculation system, washing system with dosing pump and control panel to set the work cycle.
