85 – 90°C | 185 – 194°F SILICONE RUBBERS

Silicone rubbers for the production of centrifugal casting moulds. Highly used for mixed tin and eutectic alloys. For zamak alloys, however, we recommend using them only for pre-series, as this metal easily damages the rubber at high temperatures.

Depending on the type of object to be reproduced, we offer different mixtures with different characteristics.

They can be vulcanized at 85 – 90°C | 185 – 194°F. The average hardening time for these silicone mixtures is 3 minutes for each millimeter of thickness.

Silicone rubber with medium hardness, good thermal and mechanical resistance, ideal for flat articles and with light undercuts.

Silicone rubber with medium-high hardness and good thermal resistance, ideal for flat and simple items.

Silicone rubber with medium-low hardness, highly mechanical. It is only used for tin. Ideal for items with complicated geometries and significant undercuts.
