The linear buffing machines from the VRL S series are machines with e linear tank and continued automatic separation. They are used to buff small-, medium-size pieces, with stainless steel balls.
They are genuine high-productivity systems, machines that are above all dedicated to working mechanical parts requiring relatively short processing times, through to a maximum of 15-20 minutes.
They operate continuously and separate the pieces from the stainless steel balls. During the separation and unloading stage, the pieces are rinsed while the balls continuously and automatically drop back into the processing tank.
