170-180°C | 338-356°F SILICONE RUBBERS

Silicone rubbers for the creation of jewellery moulds in lost wax casting processes. Depending on the geometry of the prototype, we provide specific mixes with different characteristics in terms of hardness and mechanics.

The mixes are available in different formats: in squares with different thicknesses and dimensions or in strips.

They can be vulcanized at 170-180°C | 338-356°F.

Low hardness (28-38 Sh-A), high mechanics. These silicone rubbers are to be used as inserts, or only in combination with other rubbers to improve wax extraction and extend the life of the mould.

Medium hardness (38-51 Sh-A), suitable for most prototype geometries.

Medium-high hardness (49-84 Sh-A), suitable for reproducing simple prototypes or used as an external shell in combination with softer rubbers.
