P 600 LAB 100 TON
High precision vulcanizing press for the production of elastomeric, thermoplastic, sintering powder and composite material specimens. It can also be used for the production of industrial gaskets and stamps.
The machine is equipped with plates heated by electric resistances, managed by PLC and the PID control system, ensuring temperature uniformity over the entire surface of the plates (± 1°C). Furthermore, the 4 thick chrome-plated columns and the CNC machining guarantee perfect flatness of the heating surfaces.
The Nicem software allows you to easily program and save thousands of work cycles via touchscreen.

Custom moulds
Nicem makes custom moulds based on customer requirements, with the option of chrome plating or anti-seize treatment. Generally made of C45 steel.
Trolleys and guides
Manual or automatic extraction trolleys are available, allowing the work surface to be pulled outward, facilitating specimen removal and/or refilling.
The manual extraction trolley is positioned between two guides and is moved directly by the operator.
The automatic extraction trolley is positioned between two guides and moved automatically by two pneumatic cylinders.
In addition, the rubbing surfaces are coated with a special anti-seize treatment to reduce friction between the parts.
Increased resistances
The heating elements can be upgraded to reach an operating temperature of up to 300°C.
Inverter for speed regulation
Specific materials require slower or faster pressing for proper sample preparation. For this reason, our presses offer the option of adding an inverter to adjust the approach and pressing speed.
Industry 4.0 - 5.0
Nicem offers provision for 4.0 and 5.0 connectivity in accordance with the required standards.
The machines can be equipped with Siemens' OPC UA system, enabling the exchange of incoming and outgoing data.
