MACHINE FOR THE DESCALING OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
It remove fat deposits and carbonaceous residues from pots, filters, hoods, steel and aluminum trays, serving plates, gas diffusers, grids and kitchen equipment in general, freeing the personnel from annoying degreasing and washing tasks.
Thanks to the combined action of water at high temperature with our special detergent, all kitchen equipment will be perfectly cleaned and degreased.

Le decarbonizer Nicem utilizzano un sistema semplicissimo: temperatura a 80°C e detergente di nostra produzione. Le attrezzature e gli utensili dovranno solo esser rilavati prima dell’utilizzo.
DURATA FINO A 30 GIORNI

Lo stesso bagno disincrostante può essere utilizzato fino a 30 giorni prima di dover cambiare acqua e detergente. La durata del trattamento varierà a seconda dalla quantità e dal tipo di sporco che presentano le attrezzature.
PRESERVANO LE SUPERFICI

Non esercitando nessuna azione meccanica sulle superfici da trattare, le attrezzature rimarranno perfettamente integre, senza essere rovinate o graffiate.
