Automatic 8-station working center for the production of medium-sized pieces in low-melting metal alloys.
With a productivity of up to 100 castings/h, this machine manages eight moulds simultaneously, automatically positioning them one at a time in the centrifugation group and directly casting the metal.
Thanks to the centrifugal force, Nicem’s transfers allow to cast the metals in the rotating mould with great ease and safety.
It is possible to save up to 500,000 work cycles to memorize the mould closing pressure, the direction of rotation, the centrifugal speed, the quantity of metal and the cycle time.
The work cycles are easily identifiable via barcodes placed on the moulds.
